About Course

Many people live with chronic illness, defined as conditions that cannot currently be cured, but are typically managed with medication and other treatments such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and psychotherapy/counselling. These conditions include diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, arthritis, hypertension, and many mental health disorders.

Based on Frankl’s maxim that: ‘when we are no longer able to change a situation – we are challenged to change ourselves’, is at the core of this seminar.

By focusing in on practical attitudinal changes, we can enhance the quality of life and build resilience.
